Here at Coyote we have the perfect party venue. We have several areas to choose from including a private bar area, and whether it is your birthday, a product launch or you just want to party to great Latin sounds, we will take care of you. Muchos Tacos
- Tortilla chips y tres salsas

- Cowboy skewers with BBQ sauce
- Coyote Caesar Salad with chipotle dressing Hard and soft taco shells with your choice of beef, chicken or pulled pork and a selection of toppings: lettuce, spring onions, jack cheese, refried beans guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, jalapeño and olives

Las Fajitas
- Tortilla chips y tres salsas
- Spring onion and mushroom quesadilla
- Pulled pork flautas with fire roasted salsa
- Coyote Caesar salad with chipotle dressing and parmesan Sizzling fajita skillet piled high with your of grilled beef, chicken or snapper and served with soft flour tortillas and a selection of fillings: sautéed bell peppers, guacamole, red salsa and sour cream

Mesquite Grill Party
