Coyote is a fun place to visit. But it is with the margaritas where the fun really begins. More than 75 kinds of margaritas served here. Two full ounces of liquor are hardly noticeable inside such concoctions as the Black Forest Margarita (tequila, triple sec, blackberries, blueberries and cream) and the Mint Chocolate Margarita (tequila, triple sec, mint chocolate liqueur and lime juice in a chocolate coated glass). For eats, Coyote Bar & Grill offers classic Mexican dishes alongside the adventurous and ultra-hip Southwest US Cuisine such as Quesadillas, Burritos, Enchiladas and Coyote very own Cowboy Skewers, Smoke Baby Back Ribs and The Monster – a whopping sandwich of smoked pulled pork smothered in barbecue sauce.
